Responsibilities :
- Monitor the correctness of SAP Entries and SAP Accounting, Stock Reconciliation and Stock Movement, Scrutinizing of Creditors, Debtors and GL etc.
- Prepare MIS and statutory accounts under Ind-AS format.
- Set the expenses verification processes and monitor the adherence of that.
- Work with various cross-functional stakeholders to maintain efficient and compliant accounting processes, and effective internal controls.
- Analyse working capital cycle and its components and prepare debtors, inventory and payables ageing.
- Monitor statutory compliances.
- Process and manage employee payroll and reimbursements.
- Prepare cash flow statements and liaison with banks for fund based and non-fund based facilities.
Qualification :
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience :
3+ years post qualification work experience in Finance & Accounts, out of which at least 2 years are with manufacturing or services industry.
Special Skills :
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) is must
- Ability to build network and collaborate with cross- functional teams
- Experience in an ed-tech industry an added advantage
